It's playing the game as it was not supposed to be. I mean in Borderlands 2 the game was plagued by people cheating and thats's what I call mods! I'm definitely getting that light pillar mod, I cannot tell you how many times I've tried locating shinies in the countdown timer only to not find them in time TBH this kind of stuff puts me off playing a game.
